My pride and joy...

Here it pride and joy of this month! I was so excited to make this diaper cake for my good friend Della's shower...although I was very nervous!
It turned out great and I am ready to make more! It just came together one day when I thought I would have to try 100 times of take it to my mom for help! The baby's room is a Team Safari theme which is why I chose the animals I did. I will do a tutorial on how to make them someday!
These are some flowers that my "baker" let me have to complete the decor!
Here is the spread...cupcakes that were AMAZING from a VERY talented friend. There were Carrot, Chocolate, and Vanilla! They were sooo yummy! Then we had Strawberry Pizza too!
Of course it wouldn't be a party without Pioneer Woman's Sangria!
And then the take homes! Flowers were for game winners and cake balls and hand sanitizer for party favors! You can't touch the baby without hand sanitizer!
Here is the lovely mama and me! I LOOOVEEE the Weston sign! That was very spur of the moment! I love that you can see my new green wall in the background too!
It was a great day and lots of fun to throw a shower! I can't wait until Weston gets here!

Great job Meg! Makes me want a baby real bad, just for the cupcakes alone!

Super Cute sass!!
The green wall looks great too, we need to get over to your bfe neck of the woods to see it in person.

Very crafty shower of you, the weston sign is adorable too!

Great post, so glad you shared. I have to attend a baby shower this July. I think making diaper cake is a great idea for me to try. I will be happy to make one for my friend’s baby shower.
